Position Overview:The Pediatric Pharmacy Clinical Manager will lead and oversee pediatric clinical pharmacy services ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes and safe pharmaceutical practices for pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical pharmacy programs for pediatric patient populations
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy
Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and pediatric dosing safety protocols
Provide clinical education mentorship and performance improvement leadership
Manage pediatric clinical pharmacists and departmental performance

Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of pediatric pharmacy leadership or management experience
PharmD preferred
