Were seeking a Business Development Leader to transform Amazons global transportation network by driving partnerships in electric vehicles autonomous technology and fleet this pivotal role youll shape the future of one of the worlds largest and most complex vehicle fleets creating strategic solutions that redefine transportation technology.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end strategic partnership lifecycle for Global Fleet initiatives with comprehensive financial accountability
- Develop multi-year partnership strategies aligned with technical and business objectives
- Lead complex negotiations for high-value technology partnerships
- Build and mentor a high-performance business development team
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product Engineering Operations Finance and Legal teams
- Define and track performance metrics for partnership success
- Represent Amazon at industry events and maintain critical technology partner relationships

Our Global Fleet team is a collaborative network of innovators dedicated to creating the most advanced sustainable and efficient transportation ecosystem. Were committed to solving complex challenges that impact global logistics working across multiple disciplines to develop mobility solutions that support Amazons mission of serving customers.

- 10 years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business enterprise software products and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing Product Management Customer Service Operations Legal Finance and Senior Leadership

- 5 years of managing and developing high performance teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
