What youll build
As a Project Consultant in the Procurement & EWF Business Process team you would be managing various business operations aspects within SAP Procurement & EWF organization. The colleague we are looking for shall orchestrate on the one side various operational dimensions together with Product Managers Engineering Managers Delivery Managers COO team & the Unit Head and on the other side the candidate shall be able to resolve operational issues on development team level.
The key tasks would include:
Contractor and Vendor Management
Regular interaction with Suppliers on various aspects of contingent workforce
Create Statement of Work and Purchase Orders for contingent workforce
Manage hiring & onboarding of contingent workforce. Liaison with suppliers internal teams and ensure quality candidates are screened and selected.
Stakeholder management with engineering teams suppliers GPO and legal team
Act as an expert for reporting on contingent workforce: BW Fieldglass cProjects SNoW JIRA and Lucid
Be flexible & agile with respect to tasks in an ever changing highly demanding environment
Build strong interaction across organizational boundaries
Prepare and analyse regular reporting containing all aspects of contingent workforce
Be responsible for coming bringing ways and means to enhance operational efficiency and productivity of contingent workforce
Support in compliance audit and Third-Party Risk Management
What you bring
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies
University Degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Natural Science or a related discipline
Very good communication networking and facilitation skills
Team player with the ability to take responsibility proactively and work independently with greater flexibility and responsiveness
Understanding of SAPs internal end-to-end processes covering Engineering Operations Finance Purchasing and HR
Good command & knowledge on MS Excel
Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
Work Experience
5-9years of relevant experience in project program management or development operations
Proven track-record to deliver high-quality results
Self-motivated results-driven resource with demonstrable success in previous positions
Controlling and Finance background is a plus
A highly networked individual who has strong connections with stakeholders in the region
