As a clinic-based BCBA at Blue Bird Day you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:
- Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Providing caregiver education and family support
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational physical speech therapists and social workers
