Job Summary

Are you a compassionate pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to expand your experience providing ABA Therapy in a collaborative play-focused clinic Blue Bird Day a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide clinic-based ABA therapy in a supportive innovative environment where children ages 3-6 thrive.

As a clinic-based BCBA at Blue Bird Day you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:

Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Providing caregiver education and family support
Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
Collaborating daily with occupational physical speech therapists and social workers
