PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The charter of theAmericas Regional Marketing Team is to createbest-in-class strategies and GTM initiatives with a customer-first organization perspective toincreasetheeffectivenessscaleand agility of regional campaigns and experiences built to scale and deliver impact. The team isresponsible for partnering with Customer Success leaders to achieve cloud revenue objectives and pipeline health through the development and execution of high impact marketing programs designed to drive tangible measurable market growth in the Marketing Leader role willwork in close partnership with teams and leaders in Field Marketing Product MarketingGlobalMarketing and Customer Successtodrive strategic growth across SAPs portfolio of offerings.

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Regional Enterprise Marketing Leader with a proven track record of successfully designing and scaling strategic GTM programs managing teams in a matrixed global organization and delivering innovative and programmatic campaigns at scale. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of growth marketing and people management experience with a strong preference for those with recent enterprise B2B demand generation and executive marketing experience in the SaaS industry.

This role is critical in driving growth across ourbusiness by orchestrating targeted high-impact marketing programs and buyer journeys designed to attract business decision makers across the customer successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to take marketing strategy from vision to execution at scaleto deliver personalizedstrategies that yield measurable and scalable business leader willplanand rundemand generation and pipe progression motionsto generate and expand business opportunities within target accounts leveraging multiple B2B platforms and digital channels to influence key personas and achieve revenue role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where change and transformation are part of the daily landscape. Experience in managing complex portfolio and budgets establishing effective and measurable campaigns and optimizing campaign processes is essential. The ideal candidate will be data-driven outcome-focused have a strong aptitude for driving change and innovation at scaleensuring that field marketing strategies are scalable and repeatable and embedded within the organizational DNA to drive sustained growth and competitive advantage.

This position requires demonstrated experience across key facets of regional marketingfrom creative and digital functions to executing programs and campaigns that deliver pipeline and outcomes at the field level. This role will empower the organization to adopt a strategic approach to ABM moving beyond execution to foster experimentation continuous learning and a growth culture. More crucially the candidate must have recent experience leveraging digital and social strategies to enhance account engagement drive demand creation and generate measurable revenue impact while establishing a think tank where best practices are developed refined and shared across teams to scale for impact.

PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development

  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative bespoke programs in close collaboration with the Integrated Marketing Team and Customer Success teams to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Develop and implement agile differentiated marketing strategies that span the entire customer lifecycle including new account acquisition expansion and adoption.
  • Provide strategic direction while ensuring alignment integration and collaboration across regional teams and Global Marketing corporate functions and Marketing Ops during joint business planning process.
  • Develop and drive the adoption of best practices in account-based marketing demand generation pursuit CXO and pipeline progressionto support high-value strategic sales opportunities.
  • Design and translate high-impact marketing into actionable plans andorchestrates across multiple teams to drive omni-channel execution.
  • Drive innovation by encouraging experimentation with new channels tactics and technologies to push the boundaries of traditional approaches.
  • Run a disciplined governance model to track performance management and clear results reporting.
  • Strong market and competitive knowledge of cloud market and competitive landscape.


Program Execution and Marketing Operations Excellence

  • Collaborate withmarketingsalesand account teams toidentifytarget accounts and personas understand key business challenges and craft compelling value propositions.
  • Deliver multi-channel personalized campaignsleveragingdigital events content and other channels to engage decision-makers and influencers.
  • Develop high-impact account insights and thought leadership assets to support deal pursuit efforts.
  • Orchestrate the go-to-market efforts with a broader virtual team to ensure channel teams content teams and functional experts can build aligned plans to achieve demandobjectives.
  • Plan and execute digital promotionsexecutive roundtables and industry events ensuring content creation logistics and performance tracking are effective.
  • Define ABM frameworks create a central resource hub of templates and guides and optimize program performance against KPIs while driving innovation with an outside-in perspective.
  • Lead the team toward operational excellence ensuring scalability best practices continuous learning and a seamless transition from strategy to execution.


Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with sales teams and regional marketing team to drive alignment and meet business needs.
  • Influence senior leadership and key stakeholders articulating the value of enterprise customer marketing and securing buy-in for initiatives.
  • Exemplify exceptional leadership and resource management to maximize the teams potential in achieving marketing goals while maintaining a high-performance culture.
  • Lead change management and transformation with transparency to deliver best-in-class marketing practices.

Measurement and Optimization

  • Set clear goals objectives and KPIs for all marketing initiatives ensuring they are tracked and achieved including program ROI and performance.
  • Define and implement proven success metrics for ABM programs track performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on campaign performance engagement metrics and influenced pipeline providing insights for optimization high-impact campaigns and measuring their ROI.
  • Ensure rigorous measurement of impact on pipeline growth deal acceleration and revenue generation.
  • Support Regional CMO on business reviews to report on performance and impact against marketing metrics and required optimizations to achieve business targets.

EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS

  • 10-15years experience in B2B high-techmarketing and field marketing roles in large global organizations.
  • Proventrack recordof executing modern strategies targeting complex enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong understanding oftop account and deal pursuit marketing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in industries requiring long sales cycles and sophisticated solutions.
  • Proficiencywith B2B and strategic account platforms and tools (e.g.6Sense Marketo etc.).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to analyze data measure performance and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimization.
  • Ability to lead initiatives influence stakeholders at all levels and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Global perspective and experience working across different regions and cultures.
  • Knowledge of advanced marketing technologies AI and personalization tools.
  • Experience successfully orchestrating and collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as collaborating deeply with sales organizations.
  • Excellent with marketing strategyandplanningformarketingprograms to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience inteaming with functional experts and directing agencies on development of digital experiences andcontent.
  • Must have working familiarity with multiple digital channels and their applicability within a demand generationplan.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required
  • MBA/Masters degree or advanced executive education equivalent preferred
