To support this exciting phase of transformation were seeking a detail-driven proactive and positive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our high-performing Finance team.

This is more than a processing role - its an opportunity to take pride in your craft contribute to CLVs financial reputation and help shape how we work as we introduce new tools technologies and ways of thinking. In addition to the duties typically expected of an intermediate level AR professional you will be responsible for:



Accuracy Pride & Professionalism

  • Process invoices purchase orders and payment requests with accuracy and care ensuring every detail is correct and every deadline is met.
  • Take ownership of your work and pride in its quality knowing your precision directly supports CLVs reputation for integrity and reliability.
  • Help ensure all vendors and partners are paid on time reinforcing CLVs standing as a trusted organization that delivers on its commitments.
  • Approach your work with consistency organization and accountability always striving to improve.

Partnership & Reputation

  • Build and maintain strong respectful relationships with vendors contractors and partners across Canada.
  • Understand that every payment represents CLVs promise and that reliability and professionalism strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Support our goal of maintaining and growing relationships with top-tier partners nationwide by upholding accuracy transparency and trust in every transaction.

Innovation Change & Continuous Improvement

  • Bring a change-ready mindset open adaptable and excited to learn as we introduce AI and automation tools into our finance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify streamline and improve the way we work contributing to a culture of innovation and efficiency.
  • Take initiative to refine your own processes and help the team perfect theirs understanding that small improvements lead to big results.

About You

You are meticulous organized and take pride in delivering work that reflects the highest standards of professionalism. You value accuracy and accountability but you also understand that success comes from collaboration and a shared commitment to improvement. You bring curiosity discipline and a readiness to adapt as CLV continues to evolve and modernize. You also like to laugh and have fun too. Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in accounts payable finance or accounting.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Yardi or similar software an asset).
  • A genuine interest in process improvement and technology with enthusiasm for learning AI and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting Finance or Business Administration preferred.
  • Bilingualism preferred to support national operations.
