Business Development Executive (Entry Level)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring entry-level Business Development Executives to join our on-site sales team in India. This is a hands-on sales role ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in B2B sales client acquisition and revenue generation. You will be trained on our sales process CRM workflows and employer engagement strategies while working towards clear monthly targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling email outreach LinkedIn engagement and targeted research.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads conduct discovery conversations and document requirements to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads activities and deal progression in the CRM; update dashboards and weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to coordinate employer demos placements and follow-ups ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads meetings booked and revenue contribution while improving conversion metrics.
  • Participate in structured sales training role-plays and feedback sessions to accelerate ramp-up and performance improvement.

Additional Qualifications: Fresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal communication in English a target-driven mindset and willingness to work on-site across Indian office locations are required.
