Fast-growth EdTech company operating in the global digital learning and B2B SaaS education spacedelivering online courses LMS integrations and scalable learning solutions to schools universities and corporate L&D teams across international markets. We are hiring on-site in India for a results-oriented international sales role focused on outbound growth and partner expansion.
Role (Primary title): International Sales Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify outbound leads across target international markets using cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for B2B EdTech offerings: discovery product demos commercial proposals and closing.
- Maintain and update CRM records to track pipeline forecast deals and drive consistent follow-ups to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with product and customer-success teams to tailor solution proposals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Develop market-specific messaging and playbooks for high-impact outreach across different regions and buyer personas.
- Report on sales metrics learnings and competitor activity to inform go-to-market improvements and support scaling efforts.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot CRM)
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
- Cold calling and outbound email outreach experience
- Lead qualification and pipeline management skills
- Consultative selling and negotiation capability
- Experience selling SaaS or B2B technology solutions
Preferred
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or EdTech product demos (Moodle Canvas other LMS)
- Additional language proficiency relevant to target geographies (e.g. Spanish Arabic)
- Prior international sales or cross-cultural selling exposure
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Open to freshers with demonstrable sales aptitude strong drive and hustle; previous internships or campus sales/BD projects are a plus.
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken); comfortable conducting product demos and closing conversations over video/phone.
- Willingness to work on-site in India and travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
