Location: Jamnagar Gujarat
Salary: 20000 – 25000 Negotiable

About the Role:
The Admin cum Accountant will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations maintaining financial records handling accounting entries and coordinating internal office activities. The role requires multitasking ability attention to detail and familiarity with accounting software and office operations.
Key Role Objectives:
A. Accounting Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions such as journal entries purchase and sales invoices.
Maintain ledgers petty cash and reconciliation of bank statements.
Prepare GST TDS and other statutory compliance data for submission.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors vendors and clients for accounting-related matters.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely follow-ups.
B. Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence documentation and filing systems.
Handle staff attendance leave records and basic HR documentation.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchases.
Support management in daily operational tasks and inter-department coordination.
Organize meetings maintain records and ensure smooth office administration.
Handle internal communication and assist with company logistics or travel arrangements if required.
Basic Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate ( / BBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in administration and accounting roles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel / MS Word and basic computer operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and documentation.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliance preferred.
Salary:
