Job Summary
Hire Resolves client a reputable FinTech Company is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Pretoria. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and providing strategic financial guidance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the finance team
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Create and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field
- CA(SA) designation
- Proven management experience
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
