As an intern on our Videography team you will be given specific projects to complete throughout the summer within the Creative Department and the results of your projects will have a direct impact on our company. Heres a sample of some of the recent projects our interns have worked on:
Shot & edited Paid & Organic Social Ads and Posts
Shot & edited Vlog-Style Day in the Life Branded Content - coming Spring 26!
Assisted on set Behind the Design deep dive product videos with merchandising team
Shot & edited content of our Outdoor Discovery Programs (ODP) and 4th of July Road Race
Key Responsibilities:
Attend relevant meetings that will drive work
Work with various cross-functional partners on key projects
Some schedule flexibility to work potential weekends while remaining within the 40-hour time limits
Qualifications:
Submit a body of work of various videos (plus stills if you have) ideally on a portfolio website.
Show an adaptability in deliverables. Short vlog Longer movie Work on set Vertical Wide Traditional advertising Travel videos We want to see how you solve problems regardless of deliverable type.
Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university degree program; Strong preference will be given to rising Juniors Seniors and graduating Seniors
Experience with the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office highly desired
Experience with Canon Sony or Lumix cameras desired
Passion for retail combined with a strong desire to represent the L. brand
Strong analytical research and demonstrated leadership skills
Flexibility and willingness to work where needed during the internship experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data and presenting findings Excel and PowerPoint
Curiosity grit and a growth mindset
