We offer paid full-time summer internships for many majors with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career we provide dedicated staff mentors. You will begin in early June 2026 and will be based in the Dallas office.

The Credit Risk and Reserves Management Department implements monetary policy by extending credit through the discount window and by administering Regulation D with monetary tools such as interests on balances Term Deposit Facility program and excess balance accounts. The department also monitors depository institutions (DIs) that hold Federal Reserve accounts and uses appropriate controls to mitigate risk to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Under direct supervision and guidance perform entry level operational assignments related to Condition Monitoring Payment System Risk and Collateral
Work on special ad hoc analysis projects for the department
Facilitate unit and department meetings and team building events
Assist with project management data analysis special projects and operational support
WHAT YOU BRING:
Studying Business Administration Management Finance Accounting or related field
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including but not limited to proven efficiencies with Microsoft Office
Ability to work on team projects

WORK HOURS:
Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/ week). Some additional hours may be required
