Role: Manager AI Proactive Defence
We are seeking a Manager AI Proactive Defence to lead engineering efforts in developing agentic AI frameworks proactive fraud detection systems and intelligent automation pipelines that detect predict and mitigate emerging risks in real time.
Your team will build data-intensive AI-augmented and autonomous defense systems that go beyond traditional detection leveraging machine learning large language models and agent-based reasoning frameworks to create self-improving protection layers against fraud abuse and anomalous behavior.

About Arctic Wolf Labs
Arctic Wolf Labs is our research and innovation division dedicated to advancing AI automation and data intelligence to further our mission to end cyber risk.
The Labs Engineering team collaborates with AI researchers data scientists and security engineers to develop autonomous detection systems ML Ops pipelines and agentic reasoning frameworks that improve defense accuracy scalability and adaptability.
