The Finance Coordinator (Upload/AP Processing team) is responsible for the cost allocation processing and payment of supplier invoices/employee expenses for a number of our Global Business locations.

Main duties and Responsibilities include:

Receiving invoices and credit notes from suppliers and matching with supporting paperwork approval coding and description

Dealing with invoice queries and providing query responses promptly

Assisting in processing all transactions accurately in accordance with local accounting regulations and PPD reporting requirements

Education and Knowledge:

Ideally candidates will have financial background one or more years of basic accounts experience and preferably accompanied with attendance on a basic Accountancy course or graduates with some administration or finance work experience. Good knowledge and experience with MS Excel would be considered as a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs daily operations of the Accounts Payable processing team to ensure flawless execution of cots allocation and on-time payment of supplier invoices for numerous Global Business locations.
• Ensure all processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements by accurate and timely upload of financial data per agreed SLA
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the on-time processing and payment of the assigned documents.
• Independently resolve queries; handles communication and participates in ad-hoc projects.
• Prepare and review upload templates and interface mappings to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement enhancements.

Requirements

• Background: Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or proven experience of 2 years in a relevant financial role.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Software Experience with ERP systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. MS Excel and Plower Platforms (Power Apps/Power Automate) required for analyzing and uploading large data sets on daily basis.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Bulgarian.
