About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Kenya. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in home appliances sales with a strong understanding of market dynamics customer preferences and distributor networks in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the home appliances segment.

  • Manage and grow relationships with retailers distributors and key accounts.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

  • Conduct product presentations demos and promotional activities.

  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support sales strategy.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing logistics and after-sales support.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • 13 years of proven experience in sales of home appliances or consumer electronics.

  • Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and customer base.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel within the region.
