About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Kenya. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in home appliances sales with a strong understanding of market dynamics customer preferences and distributor networks in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the home appliances segment.
Manage and grow relationships with retailers distributors and key accounts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Conduct product presentations demos and promotional activities.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support sales strategy.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing logistics and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
13 years of proven experience in sales of home appliances or consumer electronics.
Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and customer base.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the region.
