Job Summary
The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for an Acting Vice P rincipal for Greentree Elementary School in Drumheller AB. This position commences as soon as possible and ends December 31 2025 with the possibility of extension.
Greentree School is a Kindergarten to Grade 6 school. They are a Learning Community engaging their students and staff in the SEEDS for life.
Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications:
- Evidence of leading for learning and strong teaching skills
- Positive interpersonal relations with staff parents and community members
- Evidence of ability to work effectively within a collaborative decision-making environment and to promote a positive culture
- Masters Degree in Educational Leadership (or equivalent) or evidence of progress towards a Masters Degree
- Supportive of direction from principal and desire to advance to this role
