Full-Time Mobile Service Appointment Coordinator

The Mobile Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Mobile Service Coordinator with scheduling service work for the Mobile Service Department scheduling customers for pickup and delivery and loaner vehicle management.

PAY BEGINS AT $20.00 PER HOUR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Mobile Service Appointment Coordinator to optimize scheduling for services.
• Dispatch Mobile Unit and Technician for requested repairs.
• Manage repair order process including creation closeout and payments.
• Customer communication prior to and during the repair. Providing estimates and invoices.
• Work with the service department to ensure customers are scheduled for pickup or delivery.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

• Scheduling experience like medical or BDC is preferred.
• Experience as an office assistant is a plus.
• Must be neat organized and accurate.
• Empathic demeanor with good listening skills.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Neat professional personal appearance.
• Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
