Position Overview:Seeking a Manager of Medical-Surgical Services to lead daily operations and nursing staff within a high-volume Med Surg unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee patient care quality staffing and throughput
Implement performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with physicians nursing and ancillary services
Manage departmental budgets and staffing schedules
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Active RN license
Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in Med Surg
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
