Job Summary
Core Technology Quality Engineers are responsible for driving quality improvement actionson future products. They enable a mass production capable manufacturing processes anddevelop plans to validate / verify new product quality at each development landmark. Theyapproach problems in an engineering method and make data driven decision. QualityEngineers also bring up capable suppliers which can execute at a high level in an ongoingbasis.
- 1 years of industry experience in one or more of the following areas: product development enclosures castings plastic parts glass parts injection molding tooling jigs fixtures or high-volume quality manufacturing engineering (e.g. Automotive Consumer Electronics
- Medical Devices etc)
- BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar field
- MS/MBA in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin language
- skills are a plus but not required
- Finance/business acumen (understand cost drivers and derive costs associated with
- managing quality)
- Reliability methods and quality sampling methodologies
- Third party production quality & process management experience
- Experience working with customers
- Project management experience
