What Youll Do

Support attorneys across a range of real estate litigation matters including:
Quiet title actions landlord-tenant disputes HOA and boundary issues and real estate fraud
Drafting pleadings motions discovery and judicial council forms
Managing deadlines calendaring court appearances and coordinating depositions
Conducting client intake calls and providing timely case updates
Preparing exhibits and supporting attorneys through mediation and trial
Managing case documents and billing through MyCase software
