Position Description:
This role ensures overall quality management continuous improvement and seamless project transition from incumbent teams. The Quality Manager oversees compliance with SLAs QASP process optimization QA/QC audits and the development of metrics to ensure contract deliverables meet or exceed USCIS and DHS expectations.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.
- 7 years experience managing QA/QC programs for federal IT/cyber efforts.
- Demonstrated experience with rapid transition planning and execution for large contracts.
- Familiarity with institutional process standards (CMMI ISO 9001/20000/27001).
Value-Added Experience:
- High CPARs for quality/transition performance on federal programs.
- Proven process improvement risk mitigation and institutional knowledge transfer capabilities.
