Position Overview
Were seeking a motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Miami OK. The Production Lead will play a key role in overseeing production activities maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across all departments. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others and thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support your team to achieve production quality and scheduling goals.
Coordinate daily production schedules and employee rotations for optimal workflow.
Safely monitor and operate machinery following Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
Step in across production areas as needed to maintain steady operations.
Train and mentor new employees while encouraging ongoing skill development.
Promote a safety-first organized and clean work environment.
Foster teamwork positivity and servant leadership principles.
Serve as backup to the Production Supervisor when required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of manufacturing experience (leadership experience preferred).
Forklift experience required (certification provided by Scepter).
Strong mechanical aptitude problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to lead effectively in a diverse team environment.
Reliable safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
