What You Will Do:
- Manages two or more employees that include junior or experienced individual contributors
- Introduces and applies fresh ideas and creative solutions to stimulate discussion and thinking in both internal and external situations.
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvementwithin the team
- Provide technical oversight on automation and RPA projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive status updates and calls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage stakeholders
- Evaluate and select appropriate RPA/automation platforms (UiPath Automation Anywhere Power Platform)
What You Will Need:
- Solution Architect or Advance Developer Certifications in one of the RPA platforms (Uipath Automation anywhere Power automate )
- Proficiency in one of the programming languages (Python )
- Knowledge of database management APIs and system integrations
- Overall 10 years of overall experience and minimum with 5 years of experience in RPA development implementations or related roles
- 5 years in project management process optimizations and team leadership
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skill
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Knowledge of AI ML Intelligent Document Processing and process mining tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with automation use cases in specific domains like healthcare finance
- Awareness of regulatory compliance standards for RPA(eg. GDPR HIPAA)
