We are looking for a new team member who has technical and product/project management background. You are a good fit if you like to coordinate between client stakeholders and your team you are a good communicator who knows how to identify tool requirements and solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Support different teams across the company in defining business technical requirements for changes to existing systems and the design of new applications.

• Work closely with the business owners developers and IT support to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Gain credibility and establish excellent relationships with key business stakeholders.

• Project coordination together with the team lead.

• Ensure documentation supporting materials and project plans are updated.

• Work cross-functionally with other departments to achieve stakeholder sign-off and execution.

You are a great fit for this role if you:

• Having at least 3 years of experience as a Product/Project Manager.

• Analysis experience of end user systems and applications.

• Knowledge of IT development processes procedures and standards.

• Ability to create functional Specs conceptualize feature ideas and create & enhance user stories.

• Proficient on managing simultaneously multiple global projects meeting deadlines.

• Experience with Adobe CC wireframes and prototyping tools.

• Willingness to develop a stronger understanding of the projects technical components.

• Previous experience on BPO industry is a plus.
