The Role
Presidio is seeking a dynamic Solution Engineer to be a part of our Transformation Office a strategic function responsible for driving internal transformation and enterprise-wide value creation. The Process Engineer will design analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and quality across business workflows. They will partner with cross-functional teams to map current-state processes identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions that deliver measurable performance gains.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify shape and prioritize AI use cases
- Translate business problems into AI-ready requirements and success metrics
- Educate stakeholders on what is feasible with agents/LLMs vs what is not
- Design and build AI agents and copilots across multiple platforms
- Translate business use cases into AI solutions
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and data
- Deliver PoCs and scale to production with governance in mind
Required Key skills
- Use-case discovery and prioritization with business stakeholders
- Agentic AI design prompt engineering orchestration
- Copilot Studio Salesforce Agent Framework AI Studio
- LLM APIs tools/functions vector databases
- Cloud (Azure/AWS) integrations security basics
- Use-case discovery rapid prototyping production rollout
Languages
- JavaScript/TypeScript (connectors UI/backends where needed)
- Python (LLM workflows utilities evaluation)
- Optional: Apex (Salesforce) C#/.NET (Microsoft-heavy shops)
