We have an exciting role on offer within our Prevention and Partnership Service as a Digital Inclusion and Community Caseworker.
About Us
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person who has excellent digital knowledge and skills along with knowledge of community support strong verbal communication and writing ability. As a Digital Inclusion and Community Support Caseworker you will support digitally and socially exclude people on a 1:1 and group basis improving access to a variety of online services and information.
The successful candidate will advise and assist clients with internet access online options and support and reconnecting back into the community. They will complete surveys and gather data to help evaluate the projects impact on each individual.
Applicants must have a proven track record of taking a person-centred approach to support and in promoting project to stakeholders and clients. Having an up-to-date knowledge around the latest technology will be advantageous.
Please note this is a part time position working 18.5 hours a week.
