What Youll Do:
The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to all BRH programs to ensure the highest degree of efficiency and compliance across all services. Responsibilities included:
- Participation in internal auditing activities
- Participation in implementation and monitoring of quality assurance activities
- Coordinate with leaders to gather data for monthly reports including but not exclusive to engagement access utilization documentation timeliness service delivery and chart audits.
- Compile and submit timely reports in accordance with contractual requirements
- Monitor and distribute to leadership policy and process changes as issued by DHHS DMA PHP standard plans and BH/IDD Tailored plans.
- Participate in activities associated with audit processes.
- Providing administrative support for all programs and departments as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years experience working in behavioral health setting preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems with Electronic Medical Record experience required.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and use of Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel; and ability in data tracking management analysis and feedback of results.
- Exceptional time management communication and problem-solving skills required.
