- Assist potential members in understanding F45 Training programs and services.
- Drive membership sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Conduct tours of the facility showcasing our state-of-the-art equipment and amenities.
- Handle member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote events and special offers.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and follow-up communications.
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software social media and Google Docs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Experience in Mindbody
- Worked in the Wellness or Fitness Industry
- Familiar with social media trends building reels scheduling posts paid ads
- Marketing Experience or table events
- College Degree
