Purpose of the Role
The Chapter Lead is responsible for coaching developing and supporting the Data & Reporting team within CISO ensuring alignment with the ING Way of Working and compliance with IT risk and regulatory requirements. This role is distinct from the Central Product Owner and focuses on people leadership team development and operational excellence. The Chapter Lead will not be responsible for managing the backlog and prioritization. However they will be available to provide challenge resource planning and critical input where needed.
The team
You will be a member of the Global CISO Security Data & Reporting Team a diverse and international team dedicated to delivering high-quality actionable reporting across the entire bank. With a broad range of expertise this team plays a critical role in providing timely accurate and relevant cybersecurity reporting that strengthens the banks overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities
Team Coaching & Development
Provide day-to-day coaching and support to team members including regular 1:1s (bilas) to discuss goals development plans (IDPs) and team contributions.
Organize and facilitate internal and external trainings to upskill the team (e.g. Power BI speaker training).
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture through team-building events and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure the teams ways of working are compliant with ING standards including IT risk controls documentation (SORs TIAs RSCA) and change management processes.
Support the implementation of new initiatives and processes (e.g. ITSM for bug tracking version control communication channels).
Prepare and organize the quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ensure we have the proper resource planning to support the delivery.
Organize the user boards to ensure the squads can present their products to stakeholders.
Act as a problem solver and escalation point for the team providing guidance and removing obstacles.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment
Maintain alignment with the hierarchy line in Manila and other relevant stakeholders.
Maintain alignment with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the team delivers the best in-house services.
Expand the teams network and connect members to the right people within and outside the organization.
Organize and participate in interviews and resourcing for new team members.
Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement in team processes compliance and delivery quality.
Support the development and onboarding of new Product Owners within the team.

Proven experience as a Chapter Lead Product Lead Product Owner or Reporting Lead in a data risk or security-related domain.
Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks and how metrics support governance compliance and assurance.
Demonstrated ability to work end-to-end across data pipelines reporting platforms and stakeholder ecosystems.
Experience in Power BI data visualization and automated reporting solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
A strong delivery mindset able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
