Were looking for someone to join the HR Central team whos passionate in providing excellent customer service and wholl make sure an efficient and seamless service is delivered to the business.

The HR Central team is a high performing and dynamic team spread across Abris entire geography. Were responsible for delivering and optimising core HR processes by providing excellent customer service to our colleagues supporting them across the full employee lifecycle.

Youll act as key point of contact for general HR queries responding re-assigning or escalating as appropriate as well as providing crucial support in various administrative tasks and helping to make sure the smooth operation of our HR functions. From onboarding new starters to handling employee inquiries youll play a vital role in enhancing our teams effectiveness. Using your excellent communications skills and outstanding attention to detail youll be providing top notch customer service to both hiring managers and new colleagues making sure they receive a great onboarding experience.

No two days are the same so enthusiasm a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential along with an exceptional eye for detail excellent administration analytical and organisational skills. Our aim is to keep making Abri a great place to work!

This role could be based either out of our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) or Yeovil office (BA22 8WN)

Were also open to reasonable part time hours close to 37 so if youre interested in part-time work please share your preferred working pattern and whether youre open to working across five days.
