Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with SEN
Assist in implementing EHCP targets and behaviour strategies
Support emotional regulation and social development

Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff
Monitor and record pupil progress effectively
