RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures all housekeeping duties are carried out in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Trains and supervises the Housekeeping staff.
- Assists with scheduling housekeeping activities and operations.
- Performs a combination of tasks to maintain hotel guestrooms and surrounding areas in the housekeeping department.
- Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the Companys policies objectives and applicable government laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing where available.
- Must be able to legally work in Canada.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and maintain attention to time constraints while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
