About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Fleet Manager to lead the optimization and lifecycle management of our rental fleet across Australia. This role is pivotal in ensuring our fleet are available reliable and aligned with business growth and customer needs.

You will be responsible for driving investment and divestment strategies standardizing fleet management processes and collaborating closely with regional teams to enhance fleet utilization and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the national investment and divestment planning for rental fleet

Optimize fleet utilization and total cost of ownership across regions.

Develop and implement fleet management strategies and KPIs.

Coordinate monthly fleet review meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.

Support new product introductions and regional fleet planning.

Drive process innovation and digital transformation in fleet management.

Enable cross-regional collaboration and training to unlock fleet potential.

Ensure compliance with safety environmental and operational standards.

Essential:

Proven experience in fleet or asset management within industrial or rental sectors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

A passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with ERP systems and fleet tracking tools.

A collaborative mindset with a theres always a better way attitude.

Experience in Rental Mining or Construction Industries (or similar)
