Are you a therapist who loves working with a wide range of ages Do you like working with young children adults and families Join Hope For Youth as part of a small team of therapists as part of two ground-breaking programs Hope For Youths Families Overcoming Crisis Through Unified Services (FOCUS) Program and Families Thriving Together (FTT) Program. These programs utilize trauma informed interventions ranging from Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma (ITCT). We welcome applicants new to these therapies as comprehensive training and support will be provided in the program-necessary disciplines.
Hope For Youths Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) program supports children (ages 05) and their caregivers in healing from trauma through strengthened attachment and responsive parenting. TF-CBT and ITCT are utilized with a full range of ages.
What Youll Do:
- Work with children (ages 05) and their caregivers as well as children and adults from 6 and above to address trauma and family disruptions
- Help strengthen parent-child relationships and improve interpersonal relationships
- Support parents in understanding their own trauma and how it affects their parenting
- Help clients understand how trauma influences on-going behavioral patterns
