DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Web Experience and Product Data teams. This role will design own and optimize our digital web experiences both consumer and professional while driving Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce growth. The ideal candidate will translate customer journeys into seamless engaging digital experiences that deliver measurable business results.
Job Duties:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the Web Experience and Product Data teams fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing product IT and analytics teams using Agile methodologies and tools.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for digital initiatives and team outputs.
Digital Experience Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end digital experience strategy across public and authenticated web environments.
- Architect and optimize digital touchpoints based on customer journey insights behavioral data and business objectives.
- Collaborate with agencies UX/UI designers developers content and brand teams to deliver intuitive high-performing digital experiences.
- Oversee Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce strategy and execution leveraging Shopify as the primary platform
Product Information Management (PIM) & Catalog Strategy
- Define and implement best practices for product data architecture to support exceptional user experiences.
- Partner with product marketing and IT teams to ensure accurate enriched and optimized product data across all digital touchpoints.
- Build and maintain a digital product catalog that enhances navigation searchability and conversion.
- Understand backend requirements for PIM systems to enable scalability personalization and omnichannel consistency.
Channel Integration & Optimization
- Oversee integrated digital marketing efforts across:
- Search (SEO/SEM)
- Social Media
- Paid Media
- Content Marketing
- Ensure cohesive brand storytelling and user experience across all digital channels.
Experience Design & Innovation
- Champion customer-first experience design principles.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously test learn and iterate on digital experiences.
- Stay ahead of digital trends emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
You Must Have:
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping experience design and digital channel strategy.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Kanban Scrum).
- Experience within CMS and ecommerce platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager Sitecore Shopify).
