We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client a top Irish law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Legal Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded property practice supporting a range of residential and commercial transactions in a professional and collaborative environment.

The Role
- Support the Property team on a range of residential and commercial transactions
- Prepare and review legal documentation including contracts leases and conveyancing materials
- Assist with title checks due diligence and document management
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organised and up to date
- Liaise with clients solicitors and third parties throughout the transaction process
- Assist with completion and post-completion matters
- Provide general support across the team as required
The Person
- Previous experience as a Legal Executive within Property or Real Estate law
- Strong understanding of conveyancing and property transactions
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Professional proactive and team-focused approach
