Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading Irish law firm with a strong and expanding presence in Cork. This strategic growth has significantly enhanced the firms national litigation offering and strengthened its commercial client base.

The Role

Due to continued expansion the firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (13 PQE) to join its growing Cork-based team.

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of commercial disputes advising a diverse client base including domestic and international corporates financial institutions developers insurers and public sector bodies.

The Work

The team advises on a wide range of matters including:

Commercial and contractual disputes
Corporate and shareholder disputes
Professional negligence claims
Property and construction disputes
Insolvency and restructuring litigation
Judicial review and regulatory matters

The wider firm has recognised strength across commercial real estate construction energy public procurement and financial services sectors meaning you will gain exposure to high-value complex disputes across multiple industries.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

Be qualified in Ireland with 13 years PQE in commercial litigation
Have strong drafting and advocacy skills
Demonstrate excellent client management ability
Be commercially minded and eager to progress within a growing team
