Job Summary
The Associate Director Financial Planning & Analysis (Revenue Focus) is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving revenue forecasting performance analysis and commercial insights that support executive decision making. This role partners closely with Sales Marketing Lines of Business and senior leadership to shape the companys revenue strategy enhance forecasting accuracy and support long term growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities experience with subscription or transactional revenue models and the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or professional qualification (ACCA CIMA CPA) preferred.
- 7 years of FP&A commercial finance or strategic finance experience ideally in a highgrowth or SaaS/recurringrevenue environment.
- Strong understanding of revenue models including Assets under Administration and transactional models.
- Expertise in financial modelling forecasting methodologies and commercial analytics.
- Proficiency with planning tools (e.g. Adaptive Insights Anaplan) and data visualization (Power BI Tableau) a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical detailoriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment
