Finance Manager Scaffolding Company

Salary: 70000 per annum

The Company
Our client is a well-established and growing scaffolding company based in Dublin delivering high-quality access solutions across commercial and residential projects. With a strong reputation in the construction sector they are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their leadership team.

The Role
This is a key position responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business ensuring strong financial control accurate reporting and strategic input to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable payroll and general ledger
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Oversee budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
Liaise with external auditors accountants and financial institutions
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Implement and improve financial systems and processes
Monitor project profitability and cost control across contracts

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent)
Minimum 35 years experience in a similar Finance Manager role
Experience in construction engineering or a related industry is highly desirable
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
