Overview:

Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary:

Directs the management development implementation and evaluation of policies programs and services for the Childrens Community Practices (CCP) organization ensuring alignment with the organizations goals and objectives.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

Develops and recommends strategies objectives and policies for CCP. Manages board development and the duties of a board of directors.
Oversees and develops infrastructure to support the effective management of the organization and maintain the appropriate allocation of resources.
Establishes and implements the annual budget ensuring financial soundness.
Oversees the operations of CCP programs and committees. Implements new programs and services to enhance the quality and delivery of general pediatric medicine and maintain compliance with relevant bylaws and regulations.
Initiates plans and promotes an integrated marketing strategy to ensure the growth and stability of CCP.
Manages communication with physicians and CCP members associated groups and other organizations providing assistance and consultation as needed.
Resolves complex managerial problems. Assists subordinate personnel in developing effective policies and procedures and establishing appropriate goals and objectives.

Education Requirement:

Masters Degree in nursing hospital administration business administration or related field or equivalent education and experience required.

Working knowledge of principals of management health care delivery and economics accounting personnel public relations and medical group structure.
