In this senior role you will lead the development and implementation of strategic digital initiatives that drive Boeings digital transformation. Leveraging your extensive experience in project management program management customer experience research and analytics you will shape and execute a comprehensive digital strategy. As a key member of Boeing Global Services you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all stages and touchpoints of the customer journey.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Level 4 & Senior Level 5 Digital & Strategy Project Management Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the development and execution of high-impact digital strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance customer engagement.
Analytics & AI Portfolio: Drive data-driven strategies and AI solutions to enhance business performance and innovation. Analyze trends and collaborate with teams to support informed decision-making.
Technical Project Management: Manage complex technical projects utilizing project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) to ensure timely delivery quality assurance and adherence to budget constraints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including IT engineering marketing and operations to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.
Human-Centered Design: Champion human-centered design principles to ensure that digital solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback quantitative data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in digital solutions.
Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience in leading others and directing all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry
5 years of experience working with technical implementation in classified and unclassified environments preferably in large-scale digital or business transformations system integrations infrastructure & operations cybersecurity networking etc.
3 years of experience working with Data analytics
3 years of experience in communication and presenting strategies at executive levels
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Masters degree
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Marketing Design IT or a related field
Scaled Agile SPC LPM certification(s)
PMP certification
OCM certification(s)
Professional services/consultancy experience
Experience leading SAP Salesforce Adobe or Big Data initiatives
Aviation & Defense experience
Executive communication experience
