Security Clearance: Active Public Trust or higher security clearance

Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)

Location: Hybrid (Tentative). Work may be performed remotely with potential onsite work in Washington DC pending final client confirmation.

Position Description:

The ICAM Technical Lead/Solution Architect is responsible for the overall technical design integration and implementation of the ICAM solution. This position leads the technical team in architecture development requirements analysis technical decision-making and alignment of all system components with federal and DHS security policies standards and best practices. The Technical Lead ensures comprehensive coverage of authentication authorization PKI/PIV integration identity federation and secure modernization of legacy systems driving the adoption of Zero Trust and modern identity frameworks.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 8 years of experience in IT architecture for identity and access management solutions within federal environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in ICAM PIV/PKI SSO identity federation and legacy/mainframe integration.
  • Familiarity with DHS ICAM Reference Architecture FICAM Roadmap and NIST standards.
  • Advanced IT/cybersecurity certification (e.g. CISSP CISM).
  • Public Trust or higher eligibility.

Value-Added Experience:

  • Direct ICAM solution delivery for DHS IRS or other large civilian agencies.
  • Experience supporting public-facing identity (e.g. IDPaaS).
  • Leadership in Zero Trust or advanced federation rollouts.
