Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
The Dynamics 365 Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM) ensuring scalability integration and alignment with business strategy. This role involves leading technical teams defining best practices and providing governance across the implementation lifecycle. Hands on is a Must.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design enterprise-grade architecture for MS Dynamics 365 (CRM).
Lead solution blueprinting integrations and migration planning.
Define technical standards security models and data strategies.
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee development teams and perform architecture reviews.
Stay updated on Microsoft technology roadmap and guide adoption.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must to have Skills-
Proven experience architecting large-scale MS Dynamics 365 solutions.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
Expertise in data migration integrations.
Strong understanding of Dynamics SDK Plug-ins Custom Workflows and REST APIs.
Excellent communication leadership and client-facing skills.

Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Good to have Skills-
Understanding of business process reengineering (BPR) and process automation.
Experience integrating with third-party systems via REST SOAP or OData APIs.
Understanding of data migration and data modeling best practices.
