Job Summary
Join Fox Toyota Lexus as a Service Appointment Coordinator! This role is responsible for managing service appointment scheduling ensuring an exceptional customer experience and supporting the service team with communication and organization.
Essential Duties
- Schedule confirm and manage service appointments through phone email and text.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Conduct after-visit follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business.
- Offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable.
- Process payments for service contracts as needed.
- Generate daily reports and complete assigned administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Support a safe positive and team-oriented work environment.

Job Requirements
