Job Description
Elizabethtown College has multiple student mentor positions for different groups of students. All student mentors have the primary purpose of welcoming mentoring and guiding students to find their sense of belonging at Etown. (# NOINDEED )
Required Qualifications
Requirements: All Student Mentors Sophomore junior or senior Maintain full-time status as an undergraduate student at Elizabethtown College Remain in good academic and social standing Abide by Elizabethtown College policies and procedures as represented in the Student Handbook Demonstrated leadership experience Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities as well as the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders Understanding of Etown campus resources and programs to support student belonging and success Strong commitment to creating an environment that supports all students in their transition success and connection at Etown Requirements: Specific Student Mentor Positions Kinesis: must have participated in the Momentum program as a first-year student Ubuntu : participant in the Ubuntu Mentor and Mosaic Scholar programs and/or Social Justice Living and Learning Community preferred Resident Assistant : if hired for the position student must live on campus during the contracted time
