As an intern in our Product Development Department you will be given specific projects to complete throughout the summer within your department and the results of your projects will have a direct impact on our company. Heres a sample of some of the recent projects our interns have worked on:

  • Creation of Hard Goods materials library/ Refinement of existing Soft Goods material libraries

  • PLM system remediation (Hard Goods specific)

  • Parter with the lab on special projects

  • Exposure to the Product Development process for both Soft Goods/ Hard Goods categories

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend relevant meetings that will drive work

  • Work with various cross-functional partners on key projects

  • Systems work to support Product Development functions

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university degree program; Strong preference will be given to rising Juniors Seniors and graduating Seniors

  • Passion for retail combined with a strong desire to represent the L. brand

  • Strong analytical research and demonstrated leadership skills

  • Flexibility and willingness to work where needed during the internship experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data and presenting findings Excel and PowerPoint

  • Curiosity grit and a growth mindset
