Front Desk & Resource Room Support
Location: Dallas TX
Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time Temporary Assignment
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to provide temporary support for our Resource Room and assist at the Front Desk. The ideal candidate will greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner while maintaining an organized and efficient environment. Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide support and assistance in the Resource Room ensuring materials are organized and accessible.
- Answer phone calls direct inquiries and provide general information as needed.
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
- Support a positive and inclusive environment for all clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service administrative support or front desk roles a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities.
