LOCATION: York Leeds

Join Northern Trains Ltd (NTL)and play ern Trains Ltd (NTL)and play a key role in delivering safe high-quality and compliant construction projects across our rail network. Were looking for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in site management and a passion for safety quality and collaboration.

What youll do:

Oversee on-site activities to ensure full compliance with railway standards CDM regulations and company procedures.
Lead inspections monitor contractor performance and drive continuous improvement in safety and workmanship.
Support project delivery from design through to handover ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within budget.
Work closely with NTLs project commercial and stakeholder teams to ensure seamless coordination and minimal operational impact.

What youll bring:

Proven experience managing construction projects ideally within the rail industry.
Strong technical knowledge of CDM safety management systems and relevant UK/European standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive safety-first mindset.
Professional membership (e.g. ICE CIOB) and relevant technical qualifications are highly desirable.
