El puesto estará ubicado en Puerto Rico en un modelo híbrido.
Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas.:
- Representa a la empresa ante clientes externos e internos responde a preguntas relacionadas con los productos localiza envíos perdidos interpreta y aclara los pedidos de los clientes para el departamento de envíos toma pedidos o registros y cuando es necesario puede poner a los clientes en contacto con el personal de asistencia o de campo adecuado.
- Puede gestionar pedidos o registros a través de Internet consultar con la dirección sobre los créditos de los clientes devolver productos para su abono identificar reclamaciones relacionadas con el control de calidad y anotar las diferencias de precio en los pedidos por correo.
- Puede aprobar la asignación de existencias escasas cotizaciones y ofertas de precios especiales descuentos deducciones y ajustes de precios.
- Puede gestionar los inventarios en las instalaciones de los clientes utilizando EDI (intercambio electrónico de datos) sistemas de previsión reposición e inventario centrándose en cuestiones de existencias y asignación para maximizar los niveles de servicio.
Requisitos mínimos necesarios:
- Bachillerato
- Contar con al menos 2 años de experiencia en áreas administrativas clínicas o comerciales idealmente en programación de pacientes.
- Experiencia en facturación
- Manejo intermedio de Excel
- Ideal: manejo de Salesforce SAP Ariba y Power BI
- Sería bueno contar con un nivel de inglés avanzado
