We are seeking an experienced Agency Systems & Standards Manager. As Agency Systems & Standards Manager you will be responsible for optimizing Flood and Petersons operational processes and ensuring the effective use performance and integrity of core agency management systems. This role bridges business operations and technology by combining process analysis systems administration and user enablement. The Analyst manages the configuration integration and enhancement of the Vertafore suite of products (AMS360 BenefitPoint RiskMatch PLRater Proposal Builder Commercial Submissions Process Analytics) along with related systems such as Indio TotalCSR and Agency Revolution. This position works closely with the Director of Operations IT partners and department leaders to improve workflows support users ensure compliance and align business systems with operational goals.


What Youll Do

  • Administer Core Agency Systems: Serve as the primary administrator for the Vertafore suite and integrated platforms managing configurations updates permissions and integrations.
  • Optimize Workflows and Processes: Analyze and document existing workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency standardization and automation. Design implement and communicate process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain Data Integrity and Compliance: Maintain data integrity through regular audits standardized coding and consistent data governance practices.
  • Lead System Enhancements and Integrations: Test document and deploy system releases while coordinating with IT and vendors.
  • Develop Training and Enablement Resources: Create user guides e-learning content and deliver training programs to promote adoption and best practices. Mentor new team members.
  • Provide Actionable Insights Through Reporting: Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to measure productivity data quality and operational performance.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure process and system changes are understood and effectively adopted.

What You Bring

  • Education and Work Experience: Degree: Bachelors in Business Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience). 58 years working with agency management systems (e.g. AMS360 BenefitPoint RiskMatch).
    • License or Certification Requirements:
      • Possess and maintain a Colorado P&C license
      • Current Colorado drivers license and acceptable MVR
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance agency operations including workflows policy processing and data management. Familiarity with insurance compliance requirements and data privacy standards (e.g. E&O carrier guidelines HIPAA GLBA).
  • Project Execution Skills: Proven analytical troubleshooting and project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to integrate compliance best practices into workflows system design and user training initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability in system configuration workflow documentation reporting and user training.

    • Salary Range - Starting pay for this exempt position is $90000 $110000 annually. Pay may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates commensurate with addition to regular pay this position is eligible to participate in our annual performance incentive program.
